Luis Alberto Aninat Urrejola is a founding partner of Aninat Abogados, with over 30 years of professional experience in corporate and business law. He has developed his practice with a particular focus on corporate, transactional, regulatory and dispute resolution matters, representing Chilean and foreign companies and entities in mergers and acquisitions, financings and restructurings, across sectors as varied as natural resources, technology, infrastructure, financial services and real estate.
In the field of dispute resolution, he has led and coordinated domestic and international litigation in civil, commercial and regulatory matters. He is listed as an arbitrator with the National Arbitration Center (Centro Nacional de Arbitrajes) and the Santiago Court of Appeals.
He was a member of the Board of the Chilean Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Chile A.G.) and a faculty member of the Commercial Law Department at Universidad de Chile School of Law. He has been recognized by Chambers Latin America, Chambers Global, Latin Lawyer 250, Best Lawyers, The Legal 500 and IFLR 1000, and was highlighted by LACCA in 2021 for excellence and innovation.
