Luis Alberto Aninat Martínez is an experienced corporate and M&A lawyer. A founding partner of Aninat & Cía. and Of Counsel at Aninat Abogados, he also served as outside counsel to the Asociación Nacional de Bancos de Chile (National Association of Banks of Chile) and as a Director of Banco Osorno (now Santander), among other companies.
