Director
Andrés Pavón joined Aninat Abogados in 2025 to lead the financial consumer practice, within the Consumer Law group headed by partner Lucas Del Villar. He previously served as Deputy Director of Financial Consumer Affairs at the Servicio Nacional del Consumidor (National Consumer Service, Sernac), where he led financial market oversight (2019–2024). He has extensive experience in voluntary collective proceedings (PVC), class actions, and advising financial institutions and companies on compliance and strategic litigation.
He previously served as Head of the Regulatory and Standards Unit at the Consejo para la Transparencia (Transparency Council). He is a professor of Regulatory Theory at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and has taught graduate courses at Universidad de Chile and Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
