Ropert

Rodrigo Ropert leads the Environmental and Natural Resources practice at Aninat Abogados and has more than 20 years of experience in environmental and regulatory matters. He previously founded Ropert Correa Abogados (which merged into Aninat Abogados in 2022), was head of the environmental and regulatory practice at Morales & Besa, Corporate Legal Manager at Molibdenos y Metales S.A. (Molymet), and a lawyer at Carey y Cía. He also worked in the Environmental Unit of the Consejo de Defensa del Estado (State Defense Council) and at the Consejo de Monumentos Nacionales (National Monuments Council).

He is a member and director of the Asociación Chilena de Derecho Ambiental (Chilean Environmental Law Association, ACHIDAM) and Director of the Environmental Law Laboratory at Universidad San Sebastián.
