Associate
Marion Morales is an associate and Judicial Coordinator in the Consumer Law practice at Aninat Abogados, where she leads litigation on banking fraud under Law No. 20,009, representing financial institutions and fintech companies before Local Police Courts and Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court nationwide.
Between 2020 and 2024, she worked as a law clerk, gaining experience handling labor, civil and family law cases.
She completed her professional practicum at the Defensoría Penal Pública (Public Criminal Defense Office), where she is qualified to serve as a substitute defender after passing the required theoretical and practical exams, and has done so on various occasions.
She has also taught courses in Oral Litigation Techniques and Mediation at Universidad Andrés Bello (2020–2024), and currently serves as an instructor in the Department of Procedural and Criminal Procedural Law at Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
