During his professional career, Nicolás has specialized in advising natural and juridical persons, both national and foreign, in corporate law, tax and regulatory matters.

Specifically, he has focused his practice in corporate counsel in matters such as contracting, corporate relations and corporate governance, among others, and has also advised in matters such as land taxes and returns, as well as in regulatory and free competition issues.

He previously worked as a corporate associate at CMS Carey & Allende, seconding for Unilever Chile, where he advised and provided supported in diverse internal issues of the company, especially corporate, labor and free competition matters.
