Water Rights and Desalination

At Aninat, we understand water as a factor that now determines the viability of any project. Resource scarcity and growing competition between different uses require its management to be approached with strategic foresight rather than as a reactive formality.

We advise clients in the mining, energy, agriculture, industrial and financial sectors in obtaining water rights, designing facilities for their management, and structuring contracts and transactions related to the resource. We also support desalination projects, including maritime concession proceedings and applicable environmental and sector-specific permits, as well as financing processes and the negotiation of water supply agreements.
