Rodrigo Ugarte is a founding partner of Aninat Abogados, with over 20 years of specialized experience in corporate labor law. He has represented major companies in collective bargaining negotiations, securing successful strike-free agreements for clients such as Citroën Chile S.A., Kantar Worldpanel, Universidad Internacional SEK and Tivit Chile, among others. He has also advised companies on negotiating minimum services agreements with unions, including CAF Chile S.A., Empresa Eléctrica Rucatayo S.A. (Statkraft Group) and Laboratorio Sanitas S.A.
He is a regular commentator in the media on labor and employment law matters and takes part frequently in academic and professional forums in the field.
