Associate
Andrés Venegas has more than five years of professional experience in civil and commercial litigation, representing clients before ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals. His practice focuses on developing and implementing litigation strategies, as well as providing out-of-court advice on contractual, corporate, construction and various commercial disputes.
He began his career at Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados as a judicial law clerk between 2018 and 2021, later joining as an associate, a role he held between 2021 and 2025. During that time, he took part in handling and resolving complex litigation.
In early 2026, he joined Aninat as an associate in the Business Dispute Resolution practice.
