Camila Riquelme has focused her professional career on advising individuals and domestic and foreign companies in real estate, construction and corporate law. Her practice has centered on real estate project development, including title studies, purchase and lease agreements, obtaining permits, project administration and financing, and designing legal structures based on urban planning, regulatory and environmental rules. She also advises on preparing tender documents, and negotiating and administering fixed-price and cost-plus construction contracts.

She previously worked at Aninat Schwencke & Cía. She has been recognized by The Legal 500 as an associate to watch in Corporate and M&A.
