Gonzalo Navarro is Director of the Technology practice at Aninat Abogados and has more than 25 years of experience in technology and internet matters. He was Vice President for Latin America at the IP address marketplace IPXO, and Senior Manager of Regulatory Policy for Latin America at Amazon Inc. He also served as Executive Director of the Asociación Latinoamericana de Internet (Latin American Internet Association, ALAI) and was a member of the ICANN Board (2009–2015), the entity that manages the global domain name system.
