Labra

Ignacio Labra has focused his professional practice on consumer law. He worked at the Servicio Nacional del Consumidor (National Consumer Service, Sernac) between 2019 and 2022, serving as coordinator of the Administrative Interpretation and Legal Studies Coordination units. He took part in the implementation of Law No. 21,081 and in the legislative discussion of Law No. 21,398 (Pro-Consumer Law).

He has been a professor of Consumer Law at Universidad Andrés Bello (2022 to present) and previously taught Civil Law at Universidad Alberto Hurtado (2021–2022) and at Universidad de las Américas (until 2020).

He currently serves as a visiting professor at Universidad de Vigo, Spain.
