Luis Felipe Le-Fort has close to 10 years of professional experience specializing in tax and corporate advisory work for individuals and domestic and foreign companies. His practice has focused on general tax advisory work, tax consultations, tax litigation, proceedings before the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (Chilean Internal Revenue Service), asset and wealth restructuring, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. He previously worked at Mena Alessandri Asociados, focusing on tax and corporate law.
