María Eugenia Sabbagh is a founding partner of Aninat Abogados and leads the firm’s Venture Capital and Private Equity practice. She advises investment fund managers and investors, as well as startups, across all stages of their development.
She previously served as Director of the corporate area at Aninat Schwencke y Cía., advising domestic and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions, financings, shareholder matters and corporate governance.
