Martín Mois is a founding partner of Aninat Abogados and leads the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice. He focuses primarily on advising companies and individuals on intellectual and industrial property, personal data protection and consumer protection. He has extensive experience serving trade associations, nonprofit organizations and technology innovation companies.
He worked at Aninat y Cía. (2003-2013) and at Aninat Schwencke & Cía., first as an associate and later as senior associate and director (2013-2020). He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
