We have participated in developing some of the most significant electrical and mining projects in the country, in Water Law, Mining, Environment and Energy matters, as well as in regulatory and administrative issues.

We participate in projects from their early stages, proposing and analyzing different alternatives for their best development and defining strategies to achieve them. Likewise, we advise and manage to obtain necessary permits, including environmental licensing (RCA), hydraulic permits, electrical concessions, mining concessions, etc.

We have solid experience in procedures associated with hydraulic works and water rights in general, in mining property and easements, as well as in concessions and electrical easements. Additionally, we advise various industries on environmental matters, including designing evaluation strategies and community relations and ecological evaluation and sanctioning procedures.
