During her professional career Consuelo has specialized herself on corporate governance, real estate, town planning and construction laws, providing services to both individuals, corporations and partnerships both Chilean residents and foreign investors.

Her areas of practice has been mainly focused on corporate law such as mergers and acquisition, corporate governance, and commercial arrangements within others. Also, she has provided advice on real estate and land development projects, such as: corporate structuring of the project, negotiation a drafting EPC agreements, review of title and legal ownership of land.

Before joining Aninat Abogados she was the Head of Legal at a local real estate developer: Inmobiliaria y Constructora Grupo Hogares. Within her functions she led -subject to the guidelines of the CEO- the legal execution of project development and finance, together with the day-to-day operations of the company.

From 2013 to 2014 she worked as an associate at MBC Abogados, where she assisted in the real estate projects of Grupo Patio. Before that she was an associated at Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego & Dörr Abogados, where she assisted to the corporate and real estate department.
