Cristián has concentrated his practice in bankruptcy law, insolvency and reorganizations. In the last 20 years he has advised several companies in reorganization and liquidation processes, as well as in out-of-court agreements to face insolvency phases. In 2010 he served as Superintendent of Bankruptcy and advisor to the Ministry of Economy in the drafting of the current bankruptcy law.
