He concentrates his practice in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate and asset reorganizations, as well as tax and regulatory law. 

He has also provided advice to investment fund managers and investors in matters of entrepreneurship, Venture Capital and Private Equity. 

 During 2017 and 2018 he worked as legal counsel of the law firm Vial y Cía.
