During his professional career, he has specialized in advising individuals and local and foreign companies in tax and corporate law.

Particularly, he has focused his practice in general tax advice matters, including consultations of various kinds, tax lawsuits, proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service, estate and inheritance restructurings, business reorganizations, among others; he also advises both individuals and local and foreign companies in corporate and tax law, mergers and acquisitions, estate restructurings and corporate relations, among others.

Previously he was part of the law firm Mena Alessandri Asociados, focusing his practice in the attention of clients’ needs in the tax and corporate areas, as well as in the preparation of relevant documentation.
