Rocío Cerda

In her professional career, Rocío has practiced in the areas of Corporate, Real Estate and Telecommunications Law, focusing her practice on advising clients in these areas.

 

Previously, she worked as an in-house lawyer at American Tower, where she held the position of Senior Lawyer for the area of Legal Asset Operations for Central and South America (CAS), acting as lawyer for Chile, Costa Rica and Argentina, providing advice to both internal and external clients, on issues such as contract interpretation, analysis, recognition and risk reports, as well as providing advise to prevent and mitigate risks, review, validation and approval of various projects, as well as drafting of lease agreements for urban and rural real estate for various telecommunications infrastructure projects. She was also in charge of the Legal area in Chile to manage relations with certain stakeholders (APW Chile) as well as the drafting of legal reports on the company’s tax obligations with respect to its real estate assets.

 

Before, she worked as a lawyer at Massa Camus y Ortuzar, where she worked in the real estate and corporate areas, reviewing titles for real estate projects, as well as drafting contracts, among others.
