Sebastián has focused his professional practice in Civil Law with special emphasis in Consumer Law and general counsel for corporations in regulatory compliance.

In Consumer matters, he worked as an associate at Consumer Law Compliance, where he participated in the development and implementation of compliance plans, counsel in regulatory compliance and in contentious procedures.

In 2024 he joined Aninat Abogados, as an associate of the firm’s Consumer Law area, where he has advised companies on the adequacy of their contracts and other practices related to consumers. In addition, he has represented different  clients in both individual and collective proceedings against private or state actions.
