Mr. Aninat is an experienced corporate and M&A lawyer. He has been an external lawyer of the National Association of Banks of Chile and Director of Banco Osorno (now Banco Santander), among other companies.

Prior to Aninat Abogados he was Of Counsel at Aninat Schwencke & Cía. and previously a partner at Aninat & Cía. 

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the P. Universidad Católica’s Alumni Association.
