María José started her professional practice in corporate and judicial labor matters. Previously, she actively participated as an assistant in several courses and was part of the team of interrogators of the Universidad de Chile. In addition, she was involved in different instances of legal debate and research.

She joined Aninat Abogados by the end of 2024 as an associate in its Labor team, where she currently specializes in advising companies on labor relations termination strategies, the preparation of preventive labor audits and the management of labor judicial matters.
