Aninat’s Complex Litigation and Arbitration practice advises and represents clients in preventing and resolving business disputes, through negotiation, domestic and international arbitration, and litigation before ordinary courts and administrative authorities. The practice does not operate on volume: it selects cases based on their legal complexity, economic value and strategic impact, with the aim of taking part in the country’s most significant disputes.
