We provide services to national and foreign clients in matters of privacy and protection of personal data, including the analysis, design and implementation of privacy policies and treatment of personal data; the elaboration and revision of contracts, annexes and instruments in which operations for the treatment and communication of personal data are recorded, with respect to third parties and related companies; conducting internal privacy audits to verify compliance with current laws on the matter; the preparation and review of responses to the requirements of data subjects in the exercise of their rights; the review of technical and legal aspects of privacy policies based on the requirements of foreign regulations such as GDPR; and judicial representation in case of violations of the laws in force applicable to the matter.
